The .xls files are formatted to fit each product. Please only use the Form Files with the double-sided 9x12 form products and the Envelope Files with the 9x12 envelope products.
These files are for use only with the form products available in Filmet Connect ROES Please note, if you already have an 8.5x11 form filled out, it can be resized to fit on the 9x12 form.
